We are a husband and wife team, David and Jean Herrick, and we weave each rug and towel in our home. It all started with the fond memories David has of his mother using a Nadeau table loom to weave useful items for the family.

In 2014 we started weaving at our home on the beautiful shores of Pocomoonshine Lake in Washington County, Maine. Thus, the name "Pocomoonshine Craft’s" came to life. Many a winter day is spent at our looms weaving beautiful and useful articles for you.

The rag rugs are made in a variety of materials, colors and sizes. Each rug is one of a kind. We use cotton fabric and repurposed clothing that has been washed and cut for weaving. It is recommended that a non-slip mat be use under the rug.

Our towels are made of 100 % cotton. For your enjoyment we use different patterns and colors. They are prewashed and very absorbent, becoming softer with use. Towels can and should be machine washed and dried.
